DUCTAPE (TR)

Ductape is a Turkish Post-Punk duo formed by Çağla Güleray (vocals, synthesizer) and Furkan Güleray (guitar,bass,drums).

Emerging in 2019,the band blends melancholic melodies with energetic beats and Turkish/English lyrics full of pathos creating a unique sound influenced by 80's Post-Punk and Darkwave. Known fortheir emotionally charged performances and atmospheric tracks, Ductape quickly gained recognition in global Post-Punk and Goth scene. With critically acclaimed releases like Echo Drama and Ruh,the duo continues to captivate audiences, establishing themselves as a rising force from Latin America to Europe.

The duo, who has released four albums and two EPs, has connected with the world by performing at greatfestivals and venues in more than 30 countries. They continue their performances as part ofthe Echo Drama Tour. Ductape invites listeners to dance overtheir disappointments with theirinterpretation of 80's Post-Punk. Ductape introduced their debut Maxi Single "Little Monsters" to audiences in 2020. Theirfirst album "Labirent" came outin early 2021.

Signing with the Swiss label Swiss Dark Nights right after, they continued with Maxi Single "Araf" (2021)featuring 2 new singles and remixes by Hapax (IT), Delphine Coma (USA), and N.L.P.(TR), and a live album "Live at Radyo Modyan." In early 2022, they released their second album "Ruh", followed by their third album "Echo Drama," which came out in February 2024. Latest collaboration: Ductape has teamed up with She Past Away, to release a single titled “Ölüm Günüm” on November 15th 2024. Ductape announced 2 new singles “Blue Black” and “Fade Away” will be included in the second press as “Echo Drama Deluxe” LP.

MAYFLOWER MADAME (NO)

On November 1st 2024, Norwegian band Mayflower Madame launched their highly anticipated third LP Insight. The new album is everything their previous releases have hinted at and more — an expansive canvas of pulsating post-punk, shimmering shoegaze, and atmospheric psych-noir, carefully blended with delicate sonic nuances. It has garnered much acclaim and extensive radio support so far, including Rolling Stone Germany, Eclipsed, Rumore Magazine, RAI Radio 3 and BBC 6 Music. Mixed and mastered by Maurizio Baggio (known for his work with The Soft Moon, Boy Harsher, and The Vacant Lots), Insight showcases the band refining their sound into a sharper and more expansive sonic landscape than ever before. This album sees them exploring greater depths and heights, delivering a hypnotic journey through the shadows, filled with haunting melodies and dreamy melancholia. At the same time, it remains catchy and dynamic, with moments of vibrant brightness.

Over the past years, Mayflower Madame has gained a reputation far beyond their hometown of Oslo, Norway. They made their debut with the album Observed in a Dream in 2016, which received rave reviews and earned them tours across Europe and North America, while 2020s long-awaited sequel Prepared for a Nightmare firmly established their position as one of the continent’s most distinctive bands in the psych-gaze genre, infused with 1980s post-punk and dark romanticism. The covid-19 pandemic hit hard just after their sophomore release, making the title eerily appropriate. However, in 2022, Mayflower Madame finally returned touring in the UK, France and Eastern Europe. The following year the band focused on writing and recording new music while also releasing a Deluxe Version of Prepared for a Nightmare featuring five new bonus tracks. Their new album Insight was launched November 1st 2024 via Night Cult Records (digital), Up In Her Room (vinyl) and Icy Cold Records (CD). Mayflower Madame is Trond Fagernes (vocals, guitar, bass) and Ola J. Kyrkjeeide (drums). On live performances, the duo expands into a quintet.
